Purpose
The Gilded Rose Court exists to cultivate a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for women to gather, learn, create, and serve the community. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all members so that our Court may remain a place of dignity, unity, and trust.
👑 1. Respect & Sisterhood
All members shall treat one another with kindness, courtesy, and respect.
• No bullying, harassment, or intimidation
• No discrimination based on race, background, beliefs, appearance, or identity
• Differences of opinion are to be handled with maturity and grace
We uplift one another and do not tear one another down.
🛡 2. Safety & Boundaries
The Court is a safe space.
• Personal boundaries must be respected at all times
• Physical, emotional, or verbal harm will not be tolerated
• Members must follow all event safety guidelines
Any behavior that makes others feel unsafe may result in removal from activities.
🌿 3. Integrity & Conduct
Members are expected to act with honesty and responsibility.
• No theft, vandalism, or misuse of Court property
• No disruptive or aggressive behavior
• No illegal activities at Court gatherings
Each member represents the honor of the Court.
🎨 4. Creativity & Expression
The Gilded Rose Court encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Members are welcome to share ideas, art, and perspectives respectfully
• Criticism must be constructive and kind
• No shaming or silencing of voices
Creativity shall be nurtured, not judged.
🤝 5. Community & Charity
Members are encouraged to participate in service and outreach.
• Acts of service should be performed with compassion and humility
• Charity efforts shall remain focused on helping others, not personal gain
We serve with open hands and open hearts.
📜 6. Confidentiality & Trust
What is shared in the Court stays within the Court.
• Personal stories and experiences must not be spread without consent
• Gossip and rumor are discouraged
Trust is sacred within our sisterhood.
🌹 7. Participation & Responsibility
Members are encouraged to engage positively.
• Attend meetings and activities when possible
• Communicate respectfully with leadership
• Honor commitments made to the Court
Participation strengthens the bond of the Court.
⚖️ 8. Accountability
Violations of this Code may result in:
• A private warning
• Temporary suspension from activities
• Removal from membership if behavior continues
All matters will be handled with fairness, discretion, and care.
